Membership within the Association is voluntary and any Crown Prosecutor who is below the level of Executive Director is eligible to be a member of the ACAA.

Memberships are for a 12 month term. Since 2013, the dues structure is tied to the job classification of each member. Because membership is voluntary, dues are to be paid by the member directly; unfortunately, there is no option to have them deducted from a pay cheque. You cannot attend an Annual General Meeting or vote as a member if your dues are not up-to-date.

Dues may be paid by credit card or Paypal (details below) or through a cheque payable to "ACAA", which may given to any member of the ACAA executive. Cash payments are not accepted for audit and risk management reasons.

By providing an email address during the registration process, you are providing your consent to the addition of your name to the ACAA-Members email list for announcements and other important information. You may unsubscribe from the ACAA-Members email list if you wish, but that will result in you receiving no regular communications from the ACAA. Even if you unsubscribe from the ACAA-Members email list, you are consenting to the use of your email address for communications relating to the renewal or cancellation of your membership.
